Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to make and deliver your artwork: your pet's photo, your email, and your shipping details. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your photos for anything except creating your portraits.

The photograph you upload is processed by our AI image partners solely to generate your portrait previews and, after purchase, the print-resolution artwork. Generated artwork and uploads are stored on our infrastructure so your order can be produced, reprinted under guarantee, and shown back to you.

Want an upload or portrait deleted? Ask us and we'll remove it.

We use your email to sign you in (one-time magic links — no passwords) and to send order updates such as payment confirmation and shipping tracking. We only send marketing if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify — your card details never reach our servers. Your name and shipping address are shared with our print and delivery partners strictly to produce and ship your order.

With your permission, our storefront uses the Meta pixel to measure page visits and cart creation. Meta receives browser and cookie identifiers, the page visited, and the cart amount and currency. We do not include your uploaded photograph, portrait, pet name, gift message or contact details in these events.

Shopify manages privacy choices separately during checkout. Where permitted by those choices, checkout events may be shared with Meta to measure advertising performance. You can change your storefront advertising preference below; opting out does not prevent you from shopping.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Reach us on WhatsApp or by replying to any of our emails — links in the footer.
