Returns & guarantee

Every Wanees portrait is commissioned individually: your artwork is generated from your photograph, then printed and framed for you alone. Because each piece is personalised, change-of-mind returns don't apply to custom artwork — but our guarantee below is deliberately stronger than a standard returns policy.

If your piece arrives damaged, carries a print or framing defect, or clearly doesn't match the preview you approved, tell us within 14 days of deliverywith a photo of what you received. We'll reprint and reship at our cost — and if we can't make it right, we'll refund you in full.

As our FAQ says: if it isn't right, we'll work with you until it is.

Production starts almost immediately after payment. If you need to cancel, contact us right away — we'll cancel and refund in full if your piece hasn't entered production yet.

Allow 2–3 weeks door-to-door: a few days in the studio, then tracked international delivery to your door. You'll receive the tracking link by email the moment your piece ships. Any import fees, where applicable, are payable on delivery.
