A commissioned artwork: we transform the photograph you upload into a fine-art portrait in the style you choose, then print it — and frame it, if selected — to order. The preview you approve at checkout is the artwork that will be produced. Physical goods are made to order; the optional 4K digital file is delivered electronically.

Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is included for UAE orders; elsewhere a flat tracked-delivery rate is shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners — we never see or store your card details. Any import fees, where applicable, are payable on delivery.

You keep all rights to the photograph you upload, and you confirm you're entitled to use it. You grant us the licence needed to process it — generating your previews, producing your artwork, and printing it. We don't use your photos or portraits for marketing without your permission.

Because each portrait is personalised to your photograph, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to custom-made items. In its place, our guarantee covers damage, defects and previews not honoured — including full refunds where we can't make it right.

These terms are governed by French law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
